How ordering works, start to finish.
There is no instant checkout button here, and that is deliberate. Every order is read by a person before money changes hands, so a wrong vial size or a shipping question gets caught first.

Build your order
Pick your vial size on the product page, then add it to your order. Every size has its own price, shown before you add it.

Send us your details
Name, email, a phone number and any notes. Tell us if you need a specific quantity or carrier.

We review it and send a payment link
A person reads every order before anything is charged. You get a secure payment link by email or text.

We pack and ship
Once payment clears, your vials are packed and on their way. Shipping cost is confirmed with your payment instructions.

Shipping cost
Quoted with your payment instructions, so you see the full cost of the order before you pay. Cost depends on the size of the box and where it is going.
Dispatch time
Ships in 3 to 5 days after processing. Every order is packed by hand. If something is going to take longer than that, we tell you before you pay.
Carrier
Tell us in the notes if you need a particular carrier or a faster service and we will quote it. Otherwise we use the most reliable tracked option available for your address.
Returns
Sealed, unopened vials can come back within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less shipping. Because of what we supply, opened or tampered vials cannot be returned or refunded.
Questions we get asked
What vial sizes do you stock?
Retatrutide and Tirzepatide are stocked in 5mg, 10mg, 20mg and 30mg vials. Klow is currently supplied as a single 80mg vial. Items are not all stocked in the same sizes, so open a product and you will see only the sizes that item comes in — pick one and the price follows the size you choose.
Can I buy a box of ten?
Yes. Our first box is ten Retatrutide 20mg vials at $250.00 for the box of ten. If you want a box of one of the other items, call or text us and we will quote it with your order.
What is a kit, or a stack?
A kit bundles several different items together and sells them as one set, at one price for the whole stack instead of a price per vial. We build each one around what you tell us you need — tell us which items go in and what the set should cost, and it goes up in the Kits section with its own page.
Can I see a certificate of analysis?
Each product has its own certificate spot on its page, right under the specifications. Where a certificate is attached you can open it or download it straight from that page; where it is still being added, the page says so and gives you our number so we can send it to you directly. We publish the certificate for the product itself — nothing here claims a result for any other lot.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one vial or twenty. The price for a given size is the same either way.
When am I charged?
Not on this site. You send an order request, a person confirms the details with you, and only then do you get a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you complete that payment.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Payment is taken through a secure hosted payment page, so your card details never touch this site and we never see them.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, any time before you complete payment. Reply to the confirmation message or call us and we will change it. Once an order has shipped, the returns policy above applies.
Do you ship internationally?
Ask us with your address and we will tell you whether we can ship there and what it costs. We would rather quote it than guess.
Who can order?
Qualified professionals purchasing material for in-vitro laboratory research. By ordering you confirm that is your intended use.
